I am having a dispute with my landlord over the conditions of my property, something he or she is doing or refusing to do, or other practices I feel are unjust. Will you please help me?
Landlord-Tenant Issues are considered a private civil matter and are not generally regulated by city ordinances. You may contact a private attorney who specializes in such matters. If you qualify for low-income representation, you may contact Benton-Franklin Legal Aid, Columbia Legal Services, or The Northwest Justice Project for potential assistance. The Benton Franklin Community Action Committee may also have services available to assist you.
