You may request discovery on your traffic infraction by supplying written notice to the Kennewick City Attorney’s Office of the documents you need at least 7 days in advance of your hearing. You may submit a letter, an e-mail, or complete the Discovery Request Form . Discovery is provided electronically via email and is generally not available in hard copy document.
The Kennewick City Attorney’s Office does not negotiate traffic infractions. If you choose to contest your ticket, a prosecutor will be present to represent the City. All other resolutions are between you and the judge on the day of your scheduled hearing. You are required to follow all rules as outlined in the court rules.
