What are the possible outcomes of a disciplinary investigation?
1. Unfounded - Evidence does not support the allegation.
2. Exonerated - The allegation is true, but it was lawful and proper.
3. Not Sustained - There is insufficient evidence to prove or disprove the allegation.
4. Sustained - There is sufficient evidence to conclude the allegation occurred.

What time limits do I have to make a complaint?
In order to conduct a thorough investigation, your complaint should be filed immediately following the incident, or as soon as possible.

Will I be notified of the status of my complaint?
