On-line utility sign-in/start service request

​The City of Kennewick reads the water meters and bills every two months for water and sewer utility services. A separate utility account is setup for each water meter.

If you are moving from one location in Kennewick to a new Kennewick location, your utility account number will change.  It is important to update your records with your new account number, especially if you utilize on-line bill payment services.

Outside City Limits?​

If your property is serviced by the City but your address is outside the City limits, you will be required to sign a Power of Attorney and make application at City Hall in order to receive City services.
