The City clerk is responsible for agendas and minutes, public records requests, claim for damage, providing a platform for public records searches.

The City Clerk is the registered agent for the City, and as such, any claim against the City is filed in the Clerk's office. Submit a Presentation of Claim Form if you wish to file a claim for damage.


The City has a number of records available online for the public to search. Please visit the Search Public Records page prior to submitting a Public Records Records Request. If you are unable to locate the records you seek from our online library, please submit a Public Records Request.
