Responsibilities

The Finance Division is responsible for the accounting, treasury functions, budgeting, reporting and fiscal controls of the City, including the water / sewer, stormwater and ambulance utilities. Other functions of the Accounting section include general ledger, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, local improvement district accounting, debt management, grant accounting and capital assets.
