This project will consist of overlaying W. 27th Ave (Union St. to US 395), W. 27th Ave. (US 395 to Ely St.), and Southridge Blvd. (Ridgeline Dr. to W. 27th Ave.) The project will also include upgrading ADA ramps at intersections, and new striping and signage.
