6.6 OCCUPANCY: Is your project complete?

Once all required inspections have been completed and approved, you can print a Certificate of Occupancy.

Print your Certificate of Occupancy from the Kennewick’s Permit Portal.
Copies of documents are retained by the City for 180 days after your Certificate of Occupancy is issued. If you wish to request copies of additional documents submitted, please do so online at the City’s Records Request Center.
